For many of the families you serve, child care is often a critical need; however, finding, paying for, and maintaining quality child care can be difficult. In this training, attendees will learn about the three resource and referral agencies in Alameda County, what services they provide, and how they support families in their search for quality childcare.

- Name the three resource and referral agencies in Alameda County and the geographic areas they cover
- List at least two ways childcare benefits families
- Describe the two main forms of childcare subsidies
- List three indicators of quality childcare
